I'm assuming he's talking about a color guy for TV since Coach Buescher is doing all radio this year?

Yes, Coach Buescher will be on the radio team with Dave Snell, and Coach Stowell (for home games only). Frank Bussone will have a new color commentator on Comcast, to be announced soon.
