Do D-1 schools ever play junior colleges in exhibition games? Could be a fun game to have sometime, sort of a thanks to Yuba, keeping the pipeline open and also giving their guys game experience up here. I have no idea if it's allowed by the NCAA or if it's even feasible.

Do D-1 schools ever play junior colleges in exhibition games?

No. The NCAA does not allow that. They do allow Junior Colleges to play regular season games against Junior Varsity squads from non-D1 4 year schools.
