When I was younger I always thought Dave could have been another Bob Costas -- he's THAT good.
I'm glad he went with his heart and stayed local! He'll go down in history as a BU icon! Thanks for the memories Dave.

For those that weren't at the game last night, Dave got a standing O from the fans during the first TV timeout.
I have to admit I was a Mort Cantor fan during the time he also broadcast BU games, but Dave has represented the university with class from his very first game to #900. Well done Dave!!
