Alumni Weekend

I know it is only Tuesday, but not too soon to be excited for the weekend. I am participating in my first ever alumni weekend (although I graduated quite a while ago) and excited to be heading to Peoria. Unfortunately, I will be trading in 70 degrees for 15 degrees by leaving the comfy Texas winter climate for the weekend.

Nostalgia aplenty coming up.
 
But down to single digits on Fri and Sat. I guess I'll have to restrict all my activities to Jimmy's, Sully's, Avanti's, etc.

I doubt the university would approve if my wife and I revisited Heitz hall and rekindled where we first.... met.

Does Leonardo's pizza still exist?

I'll be there-- got 4 other alumni coming back into town for the game too. This will be our 4th consecutive year of the same guys coming in. Turning into quite the annual party for me. :)
 
Thanks for all the info. Looking forward to getting back into some friendly territory. Hopefully I too will make this an annual event; however, my family will grow by one this summer, so traveling will become a bit more cumbersome.
