Here we go...some tough games left. It would be so annoying to finish in the middle again.

I'm not too disappointed with the 4-5 slot as many are. With what we have overcome with injuries and young players, and as I see them growing and getting better as a team... that's fine. Knock out E'ville in the 4-5 game in the MVC-T. Then beat #1 UNI. Then face #2 or#3 ISU... that would be a fun game. Braves win that one by 7. Into the Big Dance as an under-rated 13 seed again... kickin in some teeth.

Or we will be in the CBI. :lol:

I'll take the 4/5 game with Evansville and then UNI...prefer Creighton and the Redbirds on the other side of the bracket.

We have shown that we can play with every team, so far. So no matter the seed, we will put up a good fight. It's just the psychological factor of finishing the season strong and getting a good seed.

As long as we split with Drake and Evansville we should finish no worse than
4th in the league. Presuming a loss at Creighton and a win at home against Missouri State that will put us at 10-8. To finish 2nd we will need to be no worse than 12-6. We are going to need to win at either Drake or Creighton to keep our hope alive for 2nd place. I really do believe that if we get a shot at UNI in St. Louis that this time we'll finish them off.
