CIT scoreboard

Tough for Drake!
The CIT score page has the final score, but shows that Idaho beat Pacific, instead of Drake--

I believe it was said that Old Dominion has the #2 overall seed, and Bradley has the #1 overall seed. So if the home teams all win in round 2, Bradley should get Pacific in round 3, and ODU would get Liberty.
Pacific has Brandon Hawkins on the team (Hersey's son), but he rarely plays. I wonder if The Hawk might make a trip to Peoria for that game, if it happens?

And how sweet it would be to face Ritchie McKay's Liberty team for the championship!

That's kinda cool Idaho played there--like Kentucky in Memorial Coliseum. Wouldn't want to do it regularly but its neat for events like these.

It is not their usual gym. They took the basketball court out of the normal gym for some building refurbishment. They have not played in the postseason for so long, they didn't consider that they would be needing the ordinary gym at this time of year. I noticed that they play exhibition games at this old gym too.
