Dyricus Simms-Edwards

Let's think about what is known, or thought to be known. If Dyricus truly had it down to us and K-State and K-State has filled their scholarships then there should be an announcement.

Again, I don't believe K-State ever offered. I think we need to be worried about another school or else this would be a done deal.

Pretty logical except maybe we are waiting for someone else. Who really knows and this staff tends to keep things close to their vest.

With all this said I want players that really want to be here and not as a backup. I do not know where Dyricus' loyalty is right now but it is what it is!

The thing that is bothering me the most about this is DSE must not want to come play for BU bad enough or it should have been a done deal by now, when is the final date for signing?

Only DSE and those closest really know. But it's sounds like it's time to fish or cut bait, as they say.

Yep, and probably past time IMO. This reminds me a lot of the Matt Roth deal . . . a kid stringing BU along until something "better" comes along. I much prefer the Crouch/Prosser/Knezevic/Egolf/Wilkins/Maniscalco et al approach. Kids who visit BU and say that everone else suffers in comparison. Kids who see BU and say there is no "better."

If no news today, cut the bait and give the schollie to someone who WANTS it.

I don't think its fair to say they are/were stringing us along. Its a tough choice. I mean Roth had IU after him and BU was in it and a SERIOUS contender until the final moment. Thats a compliment IMO.......

How many times does it come down to a B10 and an MVC program......

I DO agree...in the end you want a kid that WANTS to be here....and, if you think about it, thats what you get when a kid signs.

At the same time be it Roth, Dyricus or ANY kid that chooses to go elsewhere you have to respect the difficult decision it has to be for these guys.

Heck I have a hard time picking a tie to wear in the morning....:)
