Matt Brady left his job at Marist College and took the head coaching job at James Madison University. Brady signed a new contract at Marist after the 2006-2007 season, but then left ot take the JMU job in 2008.
Marist is suing Brady for breach of contract for leaving his job last year without written permission and then signing four players who he had offered scholarships at Marist. The players followed Brady to James Madison.

I hope the university wins and sets a precedent. I am so sick of coaches who don't honor contracts. Especially when they turn around and screw over the school they left.
