#4 Kentucky barely survives at home, in front of 23,000 fans, by 2 points over Miami, OH. Miami bombed 15 threes, but was outrebounded by 11 and had 8 more fouls. Kentucky also missed 10 Free Throws which helped keep the game close.

Miami, OH lost at Towson by 11 points in its first game of the season.
