NCAA postseason eligability vs graduation rate?

I didn't see any discussion on this board, but apparently Obama's Secretary of Education would like to see qualification for the NCAA tournament be tied to a school's graduation rate.

At face value, I agree...and this would serve to level the playing field. However I am sure this will never happen. Anyone else find this interesting?
