As Tornado has already mentioned recently, Bradley faces a tough looking schedule based on RPI data.

With that in mind, how many wins do you think Bradley will finish with, heading into ST. Louis?

30 games before Arch Madness......

Being optimistic, I see BU at 13-5 in the Valley, and, 22-8 overall.

Won't predict individual games, but looking at the overall competition, seems reasonable BU could find a way to accomplish both goals. Winning some they shouldn't and losing some they shouldn't.

27-3 looks doable. There are going to be more than a few players that are going to be a big surprise for us. Of course, that's the way I feel every season but I'm really feeling it this season. Just one big streak to get 'em going. Go Braves :)

17-13, but who knows what other teams will do. Last season Bradley looked like they should win 20+ games one night and 10 games the next. There's every reason to think that they should be better this year and should get closer to 20 wins. Usually, however, it seems like one team comes out of nowhere, some team is worse, and Bradley has to deal with injuries/suspensions.

15-18 wins is probably a realistic range. I think I would put the o/u at 17.5 wins.

BU averages about 6-3 each year in the conference, at home, over the last 8 seasons.

There is no reason we cannot do better than that this season.

I selected 15-19 wins with an expectation that it could be 20+ wins if this is the year that we get a reasonable balance of minutes (more for defensive reasons than offensive) from our 6'8"+ players.

I said 20-24 wins. But I have been told I ask too much from one of the winningest programs in the last 100 years of college basketball.

I'd like to know why some people think we'll win 25 or more games in the regular season. I'm pretty optimistic - I dwelled on the good from last season even though we went 16-15. But this is stretching it a bit, if not dreaming. Please share dreamers!

BB...what do you think JL NEEDS to win this year?

Personally, I think he needs an MVC regular season championship or an NCAA at-large bid. An automatic bid by winning Arch Madness may do it too, but there would be far less ammo in detractor's guns if the bid came from the body of work rather than a hot weekend in St. Louis. But I agree with Wessler that it would be wrong to say 'yay' or 'nay' just because something does or doesn't happen. As a BU fan first, and JL fan second, I really want him to get the title and bid this year so we all (me especially) can quit bringing up the topic.

22-6
Looking at the schedule and the experience we have on this team I think 22 wins is achievable before the Valley tour, we cannot lose any of our top players for a long period of time due to injuries or other setbacks, we need to stay healthy for a change and players need to stay out of trouble and it could be a very good year .
