Missouri State beats Wisconsin- MSU 66 UW 64

45 - 32 at the half.

Missouri State has the lead.

Looks like Missouri State has the Bradley touch from 3 in the first half going 6 of 7 from behind the arc. Ahearn is 3 for 3 from 3 with a game high 19pts.

Go Missouri State a win against a top ten team would be great for the Valley.

Great thanks for the audio link MacabreMob. Thats alot faster than the gamecast on espn. Audio works great on my computer at work.

Missouri State led by as many as 17 pts. in the first half.
49-40 now.

Blake Ahearn is torching Wisconsin.

He has 19 pts already. More than Alando Tucker, Kammron Taylor, Joe Krabbenhoff, Trevon Hughes, Jason Chappell, JP Gavinski, Brian Butch, and Jason Bohannon combined!!

Wisconsin now leads 59-55, 7:10 left in the game.

I'm also watching SIU play Minnesota on ESPN2. The Salukis lead 28-21 at the half.

Hopefully this is a big day for the Valley against the BCS conferences...

Missouri State downs #7 Wisconsin

Missouri State downs #7 Wisconsin

Game just went final.

Missouri State - 66
Wisconsin - 64

HUGE win for the Valley.

SIU leads Minnesota 36-24 with 15:48 left.

Let's keep it up tonight by downing Rutgers!

Wisconsin's superstar Alando Tucker had the ball, had the shot at the end and muffed it to give Missouri State the win.

Could it be that the 4-5th best team in the Valley better than the #1 team in the Big Ten?

Great WIN for Missouri State and for the Valley.

Great to see we took care of another Big Ten team today to.

Southern beat Minnesota 69 - 53.

2 BIG TEN SCHOOLS DOWN.

I tried to find the recap of the game, but the Missouri State website is easily the worst excuse for a Division I athletics website I have seen. They don't have any mention of the game.

The Wisconsin site has the following report--

Stats and box score (pdf file)--

Blake Ahearn, the Valley's leading returning scorer, had 25 points. Deven Mitchell, who missed all last season with an injury, had 13 points and 10 rebounds. For Wisconsin, Alondo Tucker tried to pull it out all by himself. He had a game-high 26 points and a team-leading 6 rebounds. The 4 other starters were 5-23 from the floor and 0-7 from 3-point range.

Way to go Bears! They move to the final game of the 2006 South Padre Island Invitational against the winner of the Oklahoma State-Auburn game.
Oklahoma St. leads Auburn at the half 36-28.--
