Offseason Bracketology

Joe Lunardi has released his June edition of Bracketology. He lists Bradley as one of his "Last Four In" as a # 11 seed matching up against Syracuse in the first round. It seems like the season is still a long ways away but at least this gives us something college basketball related to talk about.

i sure hope more than just two MVC teams get in this next season.

Back to the old status quo for the MVC. Lunardi must figure SIU is gonna win the conference and BU will win the automatic.

I do not care how many MVC teams get in as long as BU gets in every year and makes some runs. :)

or SIU wins the conference and BU makes a deep run in the
MVC tournament.

He has BU as an at-large (and last 4 in) as there are 6 teams (Belmont, W Kentucky, Akron, VCU, Neveda, and San Diego St) below BU's 11 and their conference only has 1 team in.

It's early.

See, it's quite possible Lunardi believes there will be more than 2 MVCers in there. But the reason why you don't see them? No one knows who they'll be until we're knee deep into the season. We don't know who is the next Butler. So all the preseason brackets will simply have the BCS types instead.

I'm not worried.
