JL stated earlier that the 4 guard offense was here to stay. Did I read that correctly? Any thoughts?

Do we have lineups of JC, DR, AW, Cole-Scott and a Center? Is it all about matchups?

Where does a guy like Egolf/SS fit in? How do we split the limited time at center between Collins, Austin, Salley....

Things have changed. The recruits have changed. I think Coach Les is going to play with the team's strengths whatever they may be. I think the four guard offense was just a necessity out of the type of players we had.

One of our biggest problems last year was rebounding because of the four guard offense. Well, I don't foresee this problem for our team this upcoming season.

I think it will be a good question for me to ask at the Lariat Smoker benefit later this fall.

JL will play who plays well.. if that means 3 guards and two bigs.. we will see that...

I think you're taking the word "guard" too literally. I think he was talking about the philosophy of playing from the perimeter in, looking for the 3 first with a lots of ball movement, attacking the basket for an easy bucket or kicking out for the open 3. Then dumping it in for an easy dunk when they get the D spread out. My guess is that anyone who can sink the 3 & handle the rock decently will be called "guard" in this offense. Much like Scottie Pippen playing guard for the Bulls much of the time back in the day.
