This article from the Sauk Valley Newspaper reports that "Bradley became the sixth school to offer Bertrand a scholarship this week, joining Iowa, Marquette, Notre Dame, Southern Illinois and Wisconsin.
Joseph Bertrand of Sterling High School will be starting is junior year in the fall."
See 5th paragraph--

The article also reports that--
Bertrand doesn't seem bummed out that his favorite college hoops team, Illinois, hasn't offered him a scholarship.
"I don't know why they haven't done it yet," he said, "but I'm not too worried about it."

Bradley has been recruiting Bertrand a year or more, and it had been reported in this thread from almost a year ago that Bradley had already offered him a scholarship.--

Quote--
Although Bertrand is young, Big Ten schools are quite aware of his abilities. Michigan State, Illinois, Wisconsin and Purdue have evaluated him this month. Iowa is also involved.
Still not even 15 years old, Bertrand already has offers from Southern Illinois, Illinois State and Bradley.

An update on Bertrand (there's more posted by Da Coach in the Recruiting Forum)

Bretrand is presently rated #60 nationally in the Class of 2009.
He is from Sterling HS, Sterling, IL, and Bradley was (as usual) one of the first if not the FIRST school to get in on Joseph way back when he was a freshman, and was the first to offer.
Since, Bertrand is picking up lots of offers, "Arizona State, Bradley, Illinois State, Iowa, Marquette, Notre Dame, Southern Illinois and Wisconsin. Kentucky, Southern Cal, Cincinnati and Miami are also interested, he said."

"I'm considering all of them right now because I haven't really narrowed it down yet," Bertrand said"

"It is going to be about me being comfortable with where I am at and comfortable with the coaches and campus. Stuff like that. Academics are important, too."
