New Matt Roth thread

Scout.com has a new article about Matt Roth and his decision to trim St. Louis from his list. It looks like it is a free article--

Matt Roth profile--

It reports that in an Internet report by Jim Mattson of WHOI-TV--
Roth called the Billiken coaches on Monday and told them he won???‚¬?„?t become a Billiken. Roth is now down to Bradley and Indiana, recently made unofficial visits to both schools and could make his decision by the end of this week, Mattson wrote.

Just on this page alone.........Matt Roth threads have generated 10,038 views! :-o Can you imagine the # of views if he signs with the Braves! :D

I have been an MR fan since he started draining 3's as a freshman on the Panther's varsity team. He single-handedly brought Washington back from a double digit deficit against Lincoln in the supersectional game in 2005.....as a freshman. You could just tell he was going to be something special.

I know the allure of the Big10 (and the tradition of Indiana basketball) will be hard for him to pass up.....but I hope the desire to play close to home, to get a good education and have his legion of fans from Washington become supportive BU fans will be the key to him committing to the Braves.

As both a Washington alum and a BU alum, I wish Matt nothing but the best in his college career. However, my advice to him is simple.....

Stay home, Matt.....and play your college basketball for Bradley. You will achieve success in your personal life, as well as on the basketball court

Once a Brave.....always a Brave!

I've just updated my avatar to Matt's picture, and I encourage all others who want to show their support for Matt to do the same!

Come to BU, Matt!!! :D

Right click on his photo, select properties, and copy and paste the address into your profile.

wily, as an administrator, I was able to do it for you.

But it is easy as Mike Radigan says. Right click on any picture and select properties, and copy the URL (the internet address). Then go to your Profile (click the Profile link on the red banner across the top of every page), and scroll down to near the bottom where you can set your avatar. Right click on the box that says Upload Avatar from a URL, and click paste (or you can just type the URL into the box, but copy and paste is easier).

If anyone else has trouble with this, PM me, and I can do it for you. Also, there is a limit for the file size of a picture used for an avatar. So if you get an error message that you have exceeded the file size, the picture needs to be reduced. Use an image processing program, or again, PM me and I can do it for you.
