Welcome to the new BradleyFans board

So far, Mike, that appears to only be a problem for you. I am trying to find out why.
Is your browser set to receive cookies? What browser are you using?

I'm mainly using Microsoft's Internet Explorer. I had already tried loosening my security settings for cookies, but it made no difference. But as I just posted the unread problem seems to be fixed by your latest adjustment.

I'm guessing they showed as unread to me since the view count wasn't updated and therefore I hadn't really "read it" until the view count was updated. Make sense?

This probably doesn't follow, anyway. I think the Read/Not Read thing is controlled by the cookie that you receive when you log in (you are logging in?), or which is left on your computer if you never logged out.

The number of thread views can be set to update at lesser intervals to reduce the amount of processing necessary. I don't think it's linked to the info you get with the cookie.

Is anyone else having this problem?

The board is pretty standard. I don't wanna call it generic. Hey, I'll take it! Great job T, DC, and the rest of the moderators and THANKS AGAIN!

Just to let everyone know who doesn't check in every day--

This is not how it will look here indefinitely.

We are working with a top website design guy to create an even better look for BradleyFans.

We have to stay with the predominantly red/white color scheme. But it will be unique, and hopefully better than before.

Looking forward to it.

Wow...haven't viewed the board lately and I feel as if I went to somebody else's by mistake...I'll get use to it though! I think this old dog can still learn a few new tricks!

Just a thought, but wouldn't it be worth it to add a "Pick 'Em" Forum on the main page for a place to easily find the pickem threads. This would also make it easier to go back and look at the various opinions concerning previous pickems that have concluded.
