Bradley video from 1986

Give us a 10 or a 7 seed avoiding Crum and Perkins and I think BU could have won another game or two...oh well.

As long as we are correcting DRU's fading memory (wink...I can't figure out how to put the smiley faces in here either!)......Perkins played at UNC...I think you were thinking of "Never Nervous" Pervous Ellison.

OH yeah...now I remember. I'll never forget when Lew Alcindor hit that last second shot for us in the 1st round.

ahhhhh.................. memories

Of all the road trips I've made over the years, that charter flight trip to Salt Lake City and the bus rides to Ogden was the most memorable. I still have fond memories of the Mormon Temple tour and listening to the choir practice, watching the Jazz play on the Braves's off night, but most of all the great time we had with our buddy, the late Don Draeger.

Nice reference to my dad..He helped Moose run some great trips.. including the NIT in NY NY in 82 Thanks Chico! I was lucky enough to be on the bench for the NCAA in Ogden- had a great time at that one!

Whenever you want to put in a smiley, go to this link (bookmark it/save it as a fave):

http://www.mysmilies.com/?archive=otn/angry&page=1

Along the left, find the "mood" you are looking for....(like 'winking', which will then give you 3 pages of 'winking' smilies to choose from)....when you find the one you like, left click on it.... the 'code' will then be placed in the top middle of the page... scroll up and right click on the code and select "copy" in the pop up box....then navigate back to Bradleyfans.com (which is quite easy to do if using "tabbed browsing" from the newest version of IE)... right click on your text where you want to put the smiley and select "past" - whalah!

Dad was always alot of fun on those charter bus trips. My mom still cant get over how many times he took one of us out of school to go on a BU trip! Of course she didn't mind the trip to Hawaii without us!

You're right, the trip to the NIT was great also. I can still remember sitting at our favorite spot in W. Peoria watching the Braves beat up on Oklahoma in the semis, and then we had your dad start working on a charter flight on Ozark on 2 days notice. It was so popular we ended up with 2 plane loads. The plane we were on left in the afternoon and got there a couple hours before the game. We got back at 3 in the morning. Of course, every trip with your dad was a lot of fun.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane Chico...told Mom about your post and she is pretty sure who you are....she says hi and hopes all is going well!

If you take a look to the right among the other clips..... there is one from 1988 with John Saunders and Dick Vitale previewing the Bradley/Auburn 1st round game and it also gives the pregame intros for both Bradley and Auburn. I love watching clips like these.
