Anyone know of any good eating places near the Pavillion? And any idea time wise from Peo to UIC?

If you don't want to pay $20 at Moretti's for an event that doesn't even include beverages, Union Park Grille is only 3 blocks from the Pavilion, has a great full menu and plenty of TV's to watch the games on Saturday.
I'd recommend Tuffano's Vernon Park Tap. It's literally on the other side of the parking lot from the pavilion, so you could park go get something to eat and drink and then go to the game. The address is 1073 W. Vernon Park, it's in the middle of the block, excellent Italian, the menu is written on chalk boards on the wall. If you go get the calimari.
