As a MSU fan, I have to say that I'm expecting a great game tonight. MSU will be very fortunate to escape Peoria with a W. That said, I'm kind of glad that your fan base is having a white-out tonight instead of its traditional "red-out". Visually speaking at least, a white-out will feel a lot like Breslin which is almost always filled with folks wearing white shirts. The pictures that I've seen of your red-outs remind me a lot of Illinois' orange-outs and MSU has always struggled with their shot at Assembly Hall. It's just something about that dark colored background that I find unnerving...almost clausterphobic.

Hopefully for my team's sake, it makes a part of them feel slightly more comfortable...but I'm probably wishing for naught as Carver will likely be as crazy and as intimidating as ever. We'll see.

Here's to a good, fun, injury free game. :)

Great crowd and amazing atmosphere but it didn't surprise me at the 500-750 fans that refused to join in the fun and either kept there brown sweatshirts on OR stayed in red.

Also 2 minutes into the game I'm trying to pump the crowd up a bit and some guy 5 rows behind me yells....."sit down". You gotta be kidding me. I simply told him if he wants to sit in a comfortable seat and watch the game stay home next time.

Students were awesome.....Carver should be like that EVERY nite....it won't though. Some people think the crowd doesn't make a difference. I'll guaruntee last nites crowd helped BU, hurt MSU and would help BU ANY game we decided to bring that same energy.

Tough loss following a game we controlled for sooooo long......we needed to finish but credit MSU.
