Rienk Mast signs with Pacers

Rienk Mast is currently playing for his Netherlands National Team in the FIBA 2027 World Cup Qualifiers.
He's doing quite well on the international stage....
In their first game in Cologne Germany, his team lost 99-83 to Germany but Rienk was their best player,
17 pts, 5 reb, 1 asst- LINK

There's a few other familiar names & ex-MVC guys playing in qualifiers, but one of note is Elijah Pepper, who Bradley recruited, but he
went on to an outstanding career for Jim Les at UC-Davis, scoring 2,284 points. He is playing professionally and has gained citizenship in
Australia and is now with the Australian National team. He scored 32 points yesterday in just 20 min., hitting 8-12 3-pointers in
Australia's 123-64 win over Syria. In his 3 qualifier games this year, he's averging 28ppg and 18-39 (46.2%) from 3-pt.

It appears there’s free streaming for Rienk Mast’s next game at 7:30 Central Time Sunday morning

Netherlands fails to qualify for the 2027 FIBA (Basketball) World Cup on Aug-Sept of 2027 in Qatar.
So we won't be seeing Rienk Mast, Malevy Leons or Luuk van Bree there.

The European teams that do currently qualify & advance out of these games are Ukraine, Spain, Georgia, Turkey, Serbia, Italy, Germany,
Croatia, Poland, France, Finland and Croatia. So 12 teams from Europe, 7 from the Americas, 7 from Asia and 5 from Africa - plus host nation Qatar (automatic) (32 total) will qualify. They compete further in the next round of European qualifier games in November, 2026 to determine seeding and group placement.
