The A-10 has 3 ranked teams. Dayton and Xavier have already lost this week. The A-10's third ranked team, Rhode Island appears to be on its way to losing as well, trailing late against SAINT LOUIS, the team that scored 20 a week ago!!

If the A-10 wasn't predominantly an east coast conference, I would say that they may be cannibalizing themselves and perhaps costing themselves bids. But, with their location and a former ESPN analyst coaching there, they're media darlings. The talking heads will just say that this speaks to the overall quality of the league. ;)
