Braves Lapel Pin

I picked up my season ticket package yesterday. There was a lettter inside that said I was supposed to get a Braves Club lapel pin. No pin. Not sure if it’s an oversight, or if they aren’t giving them out anymore and used an unedited form letter from last year.

On a side note, not impressed that they couldn’t even use letterhead paper for the note.

I would reach out to:

I did not have a lapel pin in my envelope, either, and heard from a couple others that they didn't either.

Neither did I plus I was told Tuesday my tickets would be printed and ready to be picked up Saturday but were not and had to wait in line a half hour for them to print them. Just seems like the service anymore is half as-ed. I also only received one Braves club member instead of two. They need to figure this out and be better at running this office.

I have the tickets in my Ticketmaster account, but I cannot get them to transfer to the Bradley Braves app. It just locks up and states, "Something went wrong" and "try again", but it still does not transfer. I think I will return again for the third time at the ticket office and ask for printed tickets. I know that the Rivermen do not have issues with their tickets.

Molar, the app was deactivated last year, and is not going to work. They will not be using it again.
You will need to open them on your phone via the internet browser at the https://am.ticketmaster.com/bradleyuniversity/ website, and sign in with your Ticketmaster account credentials. After you are signed in, you should find them by clicking "My Tickets".

Yeah, not impressed with the declining quality of the season ticket /Braves club package… no pin, no lanyard cords (DIY, I guess?), no option for a premium printed ticket book anymore (I enjoyed collecting my winning stubs)…. Whatever.

But I am impressed with our coach, AD, players, W/L records, and team culture. So I’ll try to focus on the majors.

100% agree. We have to get better on the fundamentals.

The premium printed ticket thing blame the MVC. Impossible to get those printed when they don’t release the schedule until October.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. No lanyards for the first time ever. Good thing I happened to save a set from a few years ago.

i got lanyards, though they were the cheap chinzy ones. I have been using the ones from like 5 years ago for the last few years.

The lapel pins are on backorder.

It's sad to hear this is happening to the most loyal of fans living in the Peoria area. It struck me getting this email today from DePaul, who if you know anything about living in the Chicago area, has done countless things to burn fans. But, I thought this was a step in the right direction:

All great things, and definitely needed since they are projected to be at the bottom of the Big East again and they opened their arena so far from campus.

in time, someone at DePaul will figure that out and realize that playing all their games at an arena on the south side of Chicago, when the University is on the north side, is an ignorant idea. During certain hours, even though it's a 6-7 mile trip, it could take an hour or more.
They need to find a decent arena closer - even the United Center is closer.
