Sounds like either a new Chiefs Club room or corporate suites for large donors/corporations.
Does that mean the PCC's capacity will be 48 seats smaller?
Here's the seating chart just to give folks an idea of where this article is referring to.

The location of the "secret room" is just about exactly where the number 14 appears in a circle between red and yellow seating.
But it is way too far up high in the upper bowl for the general population of older, wealthier, influential Bradley boosters.
It would require the building of an elevator to the room (likely to cost a minimum of a $ million) and many would complain if they had to hike up that high.
I see its best future as a large leased luxury suite for parties and promotions which can be used at hockey or basketball games.
By the way, the article as it appears in the print version also gives a means by which many of the lost seats can be reclaimed.
