This is shaping up to be an interesting 2007-08 season ... At least half the coaches in the conference will be new to Valley headcoaching.
 
Wow...I can't believe it! The last time Arkansas had a former Valley coach, they won the national championship. Good luck Dana, and thanks for helping put the MVC back on the map.

Can you blame them? I can't believe he would take this job over Iowa? Not that Iowa is great, but Altman is going way out of his area and the SEC is much tougher than the Big-10 these days. I'm not as surprised he left as I am where he's going to go.

Thanks Dana for 14 years of great work and for being the #1 reason the Valley has reached the level it has. Maybe he was tired of the BCS garbage and figured if you can't beat 'em join 'em? I don't know. This sucks for the Valley though. Sucks big-time.

I'm sure McKenna is kicking himself. I wonder if Lavin's name will surface in the Creighton search?

Hehehe, first time getting censored that I can remember. In case it looks like I unleashed a wild burst of obscenities, I'd like it to be generally known that I "only" uttered three repetitions of a curse that rhymes with ram.
 
The word censors are set a little conservative here, in case you didn't notice. I don't think what was said was too bad, and I agree that the asterisks make it look like a long string of vile obscenities! :lol:
