Dave Reynolds....Will Bradley keep playing?

Well some posters have said if the coaches and players want to they are in favor, what if they are split? Sounds like the players for sure want to, but everyone in charge is undecided.

I liked JL's line about getting more mentally mature as well. I thought that was a problem at times. Also the line about 1 year older doesn't make you better was good too, they are going to have to put the work in and I think they will.

I think Tulsa's main foyer lobby walk-in area is new.....it was aweing when I went there for the CBI 2 years ago! All shiny and stuff. If that part of the arena is 12 years old something paranormal is going on over there.

..or we are on the "bubble" and they do not want to say. "we want in" only to be a CIT/CBI reject.

Sounds like the civic center has only the first 2 dates available for home games, I think BU wants to get invited first and see how much money is involved before making a decision, still wonder if they would even draw 4500 fans because of all the people that have commented they would not attend one of these .com tournaments.
The thing that bothers me the most about BU not getting better is Richmond, Oakland and Old Dominion will most likely be in the big dance, teams that we played last season and were fairly equal to that have gotten better.

"Les blamed the contradictory season on have a young, inexperienced team."

down the stretch we started a freshman, a soph, and two juniors...plus a 2nd year juco player (senior)
that is a far younger team that anyone else in the top 6 of the MVC...

I heard several people talk about the youth of Wichita...but their five starters were...
-- Senior, 4th year Junior, Junior, Junior, Sophomore (Hannah, Durley, Hatch, Ellis, Murry)..not a single freshman among their top 7 scorers...while we had TWO freshman among our top 7 guys...

I agree as once again it seems like teams we have beaten or played up to have all gotten better while we have floundered in the same area we were at...

If you're not moving forward, you will get passed...

Great point. ODU can point to the CIT as a development tool/spring board to greater success. Can we?

But you can also say that Portland and Virginia have not gotten better over the past year or two because of these tournaments. Portland started out like gangbusters this year, but somewhat tanked in conference play. And Virginia has gotten worse over the past two years if anything.

Not using this as an excuse, but just saying. :D

I'll take tanking if it involves a 10-4 conference record, with 3 of the losses to Gonzaga and St. Mary's.

Virginia also fired their coach when they didn't get any better.
