Duke #1 in first AP coaches poll

I know it's easy to look back and pick on certain things, but did anyone else think Kansas State was way, way overrated going into the season?
Almost all the other teams in the Top 25 were reasonably placed, but K-State was claimed to be one of the best 2 or 3 teams in the nation.
The various preseason polls (like the AP Poll & ESPN Coaches Poll)) had them at #3..and yet they are now completely out of the rankings.
They have lost 5 of their last nine -- and now players are leaving the team..
....and things don't get easier as the now play Baylor and at Kansas & Texas A&M.
I think they are still probably a Top 40 team, but probably won't finish in the top 5 or 6 in the Big 12..
It'll be interesting how low the NCAA will have to go to give them an at large bid if they don't get their RPI any higher than 50-60 where it's going to end up.
