Former Wichita State guard signs NBA contract

Gal Mekal, a former Wichita State guard, could be the first Wichita State player to play in the NBA since Antoine Carr and Xavier McDaniel. Mekal played for the Shockers for 2 years from 2006-2008. After leaving Wichita State, he has been playing in European pro leagues from 2008-2013.
He just signed a 3 year guaranteed deal with the Dallas Mavericks-

Evans did not finish or graduate from WSU, and thus I did not count him. On every site that lists NBA players by college, he is listed as being from UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS.

A lot of NBA players never graduated from their schools. Maybe the majority.
Mekel never attended any other school than Wichita State, and he left WSU and went directly to playing pro.
