he's in the hunt given that every team in the Valley has struggled at times and there's no runaway winner...
sure hope you're not jinxing him....
we have to stay out of Thursday -- right now we're sitting tied for a Thursday spot
Has the Coach of the Year ever been a team in the lower half of the conference?
I love Geno... I love Bradley... But Marshall should win this in a landslide.
Marshall wins it in a landslide at this point.
Bradley would have to finish 4 or 5 to get any votes.
I am not sure it's a landslide - he was picked 4th but very close to 3rd & 2nd and he has a very deep and talented lineup with experience, three juco All Americans, and a BCS transfer..
BU was picked 9th and if we can finish 10-8 and challenge for 4th or 3rd..then I think Geno deserves COY - giving him his 3rd COY in a row and making it a trifecta of BU coaches to get their conference's award
I love Geno... I love Bradley... But Marshall should win this in a landslide.
Could or should Geno be up for Valley coach of the year?
Picked near the bottom of Valley and coming off last season, might Geno be in the discussion?
Let's see how the year pans out but right now I have him in 3rd place behind Marshall and Lansing.
About a month and a half too early for April fools...
I love Geno... I love Bradley... But Marshall should win this in a landslide.
If we lose one MVC game we might still possibly stay out of Thursday - but if we lose two and end up 8-10 in MVC play, then since both Evansville & ISU have the SOS tiebreaker on us we're going to play Thursday.
