Detroit is a fine team and a decent addition on the schedule this year. BUT - I find it very hard to believe they can overtake Butler. Mack, Howard, and Nored are very, very good players who played in the national championship game. 3 starters back for a team in a mid-major conference and they will not win the league? That just doesn't make sense.

I have Detroit behind Milwaukee and Cleveland State (as well as Butler)

The subpar coaching thing, they can't do much about but turning the roster over every year they should be able to manage.

Valpo could be a tough match-up for them too, they just have absolutely no depth. Right around .500, like a year ago, is what I suspect we'll see.

This is true, but as good as Mack was, he fed off Hayward's success as well and he's a once in a lifetime player for Butler and will be missed greatly...

They may win the league, but w/o him, they're nowhere close to as successful in 2010-11
