Interesting story about Roy Bright

Da Coach

Former Bradley recruit Roy Bright chose Delaware State over Bradley. In this story he says he chose Delaware State "to be close to the Lord".

This is an amazing article about the Delaware State coach who describes himself as "more of an evangelist than a coach".
People criticized Coach Mo for his outspoken religious beliefs, but this goes way beyond that. Apparently it is accepted at Delaware State because the administration considers "religion key to the culture of a historically black college." Those who criticized Mo would have a seizure over this--

In just one more installment of
"I sure hope they're happy with their decision"

Here is a story on Roy Bright, even a picture of Roy

Delaware State lost again to go to 3-9, and even though Roy is having a good year and is a fine player, who will ever notice since he's playing for really bad team in a very bad conference? Plus there is virtually no possibble chance of improving on their RPI since every team left on their schedule has an RPI of 200-300+.

The MEAC rates 28th out of 31 D-I conferences, and has only two wins over other bad teams (Buffalo, Southern).
Plus whoever schedules for Delaware State should be strung up, as DSU does not play its first D-I home game until January 13.
That'll be 14 games away from home before they can notch a home win to help them in the RPI.

While we are talking about "hope they are happy with their decisions", maybe we should throw in Dom Johnson and Anthony Slack, both of whom were very high on BU's want list but chose ISU.

This is the part I like, what a pathetic hypocrite.......

Jackson says his religion has brought him from the brink. Now he is engaged to Terri Teelucksingh. The two have a 1-year-old son, Jaylen.
