We were all riding high in BU nation. Then we got a big fat taste of humble pie thrown our way.
Zek and Duke were claiming to be Batman and Robin after the ISU heroics!
There is no rhythm or movement in our offense, which I haven't seen to this degree all season. I think teams have figured out what works for us and have adjusted, starting with ISU-red.
On a good note (and trying very hard to find anything positive), Bully has blossomed as a PG and Burch has regained his flow. We know this kid has got game, and honestly should be starting now. I think the team showed fight last game at least. Time for our seniors to step it up - this is inexcusable.
For the 1st time this season I am worried that we are in a funk that may endure for a couple more games. Need to see some adjustments on Wed vs Belmont.
Very frustrating to be talking possible NCAA tourney to now hoping we finish 2nd in the Valley and don't get so bad that we end up playing on Thursday in St. Lou!
