Kentucky athletic department becomes an LLC

Eventually, many D1 programs could be incorporating. There will be a separation between the incorporated schools and the ones that don't generate enough revenue to incorporate. The recruits who end up at the non-incorporated programs will have the incentive to play well enough to use the portal to move up and cash in at an incorporated (big money) school.
