I thought it sounded like he wanted to go to Wisonsin. I have seen Diamond Taylor and a kid from Champaign Central were comitting there. Do they have any room left there? Does that put Bradley back in the picture or just Iowa State or some other school? Anyone know if he has grade problems that are keeping him from commiting at this time?

I don't know what his plans or options are. Rarely do kids reveal these things publically. I know Bradley would like to have him, but he apparently has other options he is pursuing right now.
 
As much as it does NOT get talked about and as much as some will say it doesn't happen, there are certain shady things that DO influence kids' choices.
I am not saying it happens all the time, but when schools have a history of affiliating themselves with unreputable AAU coaches, scheduling operations, and get caught sending money filled packages through the mail, then you KNOW this is the tip of the iceberg and even more of it goes on.
I suspect the bigger schools can get away with it way more than a mid-major, as we have all heard of the kid's family and high school coaches getting hired, and other perks being given.
In the end, any talented kid will get some "offers" if you know what I mean, and some of those offers are what keep the kids going to the bigger schools.

I am still unsure as to ISU's interest level. He claims to have an offer from ISU, but I do not believe him at this point. I think the staff really likes Jamie Vanderbeeken from Tyler JC in Texas, but I have no confirmation of any official offers to 2008 big men right now. We have two scholarships to offer and appear to be recruiting a wing and a big man. We have a wing target visiting this weekend and two others we are trying to set visits with. No visits are set for big men that I am aware of.

As per Wisconsin, Taylor is a 2009 player and I am unsure if that affects their 2008 class at all.
