I don't think Duke takes the top seed, I think North Carolina does, but Duke may take one of the 1 seeds after their performance in the ACC tourney. UNC was playing without one of their biggest playmakers and they won vs VT and then lost barely to FSU. With Ty Lawson, those games aren't even close. UNC already proved they are better than Duke and I think they'll see the results of that tonight.

That seems reasonable to me, but I can't help but feel some sort of inferiority complex when the majority of teams from a few conferences are able to get in. Any Big Ten fans want to fight? :)

DUBrave - I didn't list them by seed...just the 65 I expect to get in grouped by conference. I think UNC, Pitt, Louisville, and Memphis get the 1's.

Unless that wasn't the way you were posting them. I took 1. Duke to mean that you were giving them the top seed. But I saw 3 FSU and I realized that you might just be listing them.

I just looked at Lunardi's bracket now that he's gotten his "inside info"...he has Wisconsin and Creighton in, whereas I have those 2 out and Arizona and Penn State in their place.

Wisky only 4-10 against the top 50...Penn State has the better overall profile, but they lost twice to Wisky...tough call between those 2.

I think thats a winnable game for UNI

Maryland as a 10? A ****ing 10? are you serious?

all mid-majors should leave the ncaa and start their own organization, what a joke

I agree. I was pulling for Maryland to be left out but to get a 10 seed is ridiculous I think. I also think Marquette just pulled a very tough first game.
