Personally I would not draft Winston in the 1st round.... but I think he will go #1 to Tampa and the Titans will select Marcus at #2 unless another team is willing to trade up to #2 to grab Marcus.
 
All the pre-draft hype about who will draft which qb, who will move up, etc. turns out to be just smoke and mirrors.

The first two picks of the 2015 NFL draft go as expected the past several months:

#1 Winston QB - Tampa Bay
#2 Mariotta QB - Tennessee

Unless there are some blockbuster trades on the horizon the next couple days, Philadelphia won't get Mariotta, Tennessee won't get Rivers, Cleveland will still need a qb... San Diego will need a qb if they move to LA
