Olympic Hockey

That's a real good question. I know I prefer to watch Olympic style hockey then NHL brand. The Canada Cup use to be the best hockey to watch. I'm guessing for the rest of the world besides the US and Canada a gold medal would be tops. Now for the North American hockey players I'm betting the Stanley Cup would be better because you have total bragging rights, its the best out of 7 and you get to drag the Cup all over the place.
 
Canadian hockey players gold medal all the way. American hockey players probably 50-50. I would imagine most world hockey players would rather win the gold for their country than a stanley cup for a city they're more or less visiting. I know Ovie already said he's playing in the next Olympics in Russia regardless of whether the NHL allows it or not.
