in the week that Donar had off until the next playoff round....
Rienk Mast found something else to occupy his time...just having a career game...

He went and played in the U21 Dutch NATIONAL Championships with his Donar U21 group - most of whom play on the junior Donar squad..
Remember - most of the guys playing even at the U21 level are seasoned adult pros who are 21 and some 22 years old
with 3-4 years of pro ball under their belts...and Rienk is still 17 - won't even turn 18 'til late this summer....

All Rienk did was lead his team to the Championship game with 21 pts and 20 rebs vs. Zwolle

Now Rienk gaes back to play Thursday for his senior Donar team vs. Leiden in the semi's of the top pro league - that game will be Thursday BUT..
then Friday he rejoins his U21 squad to hopefully win the U21 Tourney ...

In Friday's Dutch U21 Championship semi-final, the U21 Donar - won once again 86-76
Rienk Mast was the STAR with 30 points & 17 rebounds!!!
- dominating at just 17 years of age against many of the best European 21 year old pros

The championship Final game will be Sunday (one source said Sunday May 19) at 18:00 local time (11am Central Time)

I was mistaken about the opponent - it will be the U21 Apollo Amsterdam team - probably several players on that Apollo team that played against Bradley when our guys went on their European tour.
