Sam Singh on the post game

I was very impressed with Sam Singh on the post game show talking to Dave and the coaches. I would like to start a campaign for him to join up with Coach Versace on the TV broadcasts next year. He is a great speaker and he understands the game as does Versace.

I just made a quote on another post on the same lines that you have said here. He speaks very well and knows the game. For now I just don't want him to get injured anymore. This team needs him for every minute he can play.

I'd rather start a campaign to get him his 6th year of eligibility personally...

The NCAA gave Jordan Shipley of Texas a 6th year because he missed 2 years because of injury. I know Singh has some desire to play for pay overseas and they might be a factor in not wanting a 6th season but I would believe it would be a win win for everyone if he played another year. That type of decision probably will not be made until after the season if it is even being considered.

Yep & wouldn't he be able to wrap up his doctorate by then -

It seems like he's been a Brave since the Truman administration.

Although I'd take him back for another year in a heartbeat!!

Has Sam Singh truly said that he has desires to play professional basketball overseas after his Bradley days have come to an end? If so what leauge would he be a good fit? Sam seems from a distance to be a fine and inteligent young man, but this is very unrealistic.
Broadcasting or working for the MVC in a public relations capacity is much more likely. The very things that make sam a fan favorite like his playing through numerous injuries, his having been at the school so long, his playing on heart with very limied skill and athletic ability, are the things that will make it almost imposible for a post Bradley basketball career.

Nice kid, but after he is done at Bradley it's over. So he needs to leave it all on the floor.
