The Globetrotters draft people?

Apparently the Globetrotters draft against themselves now and pick a few players who compete against each other to try and make the Globetrotters team. I heard about this watching PTI on ESPN and decided to look into it. A couple names really stood out.

Taylor Griffin - number one draft pick, brother of Blake Griffin

Charlie Coley III - University of Charlotte player and former Bradley recruit

Tim Howard - current Goalkeeper for the US national team and Everton premiership team

Weird....just weird

they call it a draft...more to get a mention in the news, but they pursue a lot of guys for their rosters
