Congratulations to Zach, but it's going to be a tough task to see any time with the team. The Lakers currently have 21 players on their roster, so 8 players will need to be trimmed. Not to mention that reports are saying Josh McRoberts is close to signing with the Lakers as well. I hope for the best!Comment

Zach was signed to bolster the Lakers' frontcourt, mainly because of an injury to LA Laker Derrick Caracter -
but now that Caracter has undergone surgery and is expected out at least 6 weeks for the torn lateral meniscus cartilage ..
so Zach may have a pretty good opportunity to stick with the Lakers....Comment

The Lakers play their first preseason exhibition game tonight against the Clippers. Zach should see some action, maybe against Blake Griffin?
It is televised on the NBA Network tonight at 9:30 PM Central.
