College Basketball Coaches' Salaries

I have to think some of these big time coaches have lower salaries than one might expect due to endorsement deals that are not counted. Roy Williams is one that specifically comes to mind.
 
Also, Notre Dame, and a lot of schools on the list are private institutions that are not required to make details of their contracts public. A lot of the private schools are listed as N/A, and USA Today never does say how they got their information on the ones they have. So I suspect there could be some inaccuracies, especially with the salaries of the private school coaches.
