Bradley's next game is at home against Southern Illinois on Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 7:00 PM at Carver Arena. The game will be available on ESPN3.com.

Bradley is now 2-13, and 0-2 in the MVC.
SIU, who was picked 9th in the MVC Preseason poll, just a little ahead of 10th pick Bradley, is now 13-2, and 2-0 in the MVC.

Barry Hinson has done a remarkable job at SIU. Their RPI is 84.
They have the top scorer in the MVC- Senior guard Anthony Beane (21.7 ppg), and the league's 2nd and 3rd leading rebounders- Junior forward Bola Olanyan (8.4 rpg), and junior forward Sean O'Brien (6.8 rpg). Beane is shooting 47.2% on threes, and he has attempted more 3-pointers than anyone in the MVC (15-42).
Junior college point guard transfer Mike Rodriguez is the top assist/tunover player in the MVC (54 assists, 19 turnovers for a 2.8 ratio).

The luncheon was great and Barry was his usual self. He went from one topic to another without missing a beat and around 400 people cracking up...if you see his wife tonight ask her how long it's been since she's changed clothes

One other note ..

just two games into this MVC season - and SIU has made HUGE inroads into restoring their home attendance figures!!!

Since the Chris Lowery era, SIU has drawn poorly - in the 4000-5000 range...and last year's average was 5052.

But as this past Saturday's win over UNI shows - that a winning team will draw better - they were up substantially over 6000 - up 20+ plus over last year's average and the best home crowd for any game in TWO years.
Good for them - hope we can get it going the same way, soon.

This is such a disappointing game. Totally disheartening. Even wardle looks a little beat down, spent more time in the second half just sitting on the bench than I can remember all year, like he didn't know what he could possibly say to get a better result.
