I have successfully thought out and completed my list. Let me know what you think
Can't argue, but one of those kids that a lot of people on the board have seen is D'mitri Riggs, and many have not been as impressed as to place him #2 statewide in the Class of 2009.
Of 5 or 6 other rankings we have posted about, you are the only one who has Riggs > Richardson
That doesn't mean you are wrong, because you may have seen him on a better day than I did.
I was not impressed with Riggs in the season but I can't deny his talent. I say this because, I watched Riggs two summers ago dominate the 17U Division in Orlando, Florida.
I watched a game he played against the Tallahassee Wildcats who featured 6'6" Adam Allen (Florida), AJ Stewart (Kentucky), Fred Brown (Kansas State), and some mid major players. He poured in 25 points while being defended by Brown (whose known for his defensive abilities) and held Adam Allen to under 10 points. These were 4-star 2007 recruits being handled by a 6'1" 2009 guard. This was around the same time Dave Telep (Scout.com) began listing Riggs as a 4-star recruit.
He was also impressive this summer with Bloomington HS but I don't think playing with Spiece Indy Heat was such a good idea as he was very limited. He should've stayed with his old AAU team. But I do believe this season will make or break Riggs and he knows that so I think he'll show why he is a top 5 player.
Also, IMO, when playing to his potential, he is easily the state's best player. He just rarely does it as he's got a bit of an ego problem.
