Christian Davis to Bradley...

I can’t seem to find any highlight videos for him but he shot 38% from three and 92% from ft. That should translate at least.

...
I have been told that one other recruit that visited this past weekend was:
Christian Davis, a 6'5" shooting guard from Lemoyne College, a Division II school in Syracuse, NY, but he is now in the transfer portal.
He is originally from Denver, Colorado, and did a year at a New Hampshire prep school. He went to Lemoyne in 2020, but their 2020-21 season was cancelled due to Covid. As a redshirt-freshman this season (2021-22), he started 25 of 27 games, and lead the team with an average of 12.9 ppg. He also lead the team in rebounding (6.4 rpg) and FT% (91.3%).

Here is a video of Christian Davis from high school. It highlights a game he had where he scored 55 points on 15-19 from three point range, one of the best shooting games in Colorado high school history.

And this site has a couple videos from his prep school season in 2020-21-

There are not that many players that shoot free throws above 90%. Those players have "ice water in their veins" and can make the big shots when needed.

This is the kind of recruit I was hoping for, a tall 3 man that can shoot and is somewhat athletic. I hope he plays defense (a must here) because if so, I see no reason he shouldn't play right away with our wing and three shooting needs (barring other commits). Seems like he might do at least passable on defense judging by his ability to decently defensive rebound and block shots. Doesn't mean he has great on ball or team defense, but usually if a player puts an effort in on defensive rebounding, they put an effort in on defense in general. Maybe he can take the Kent's place, except with better shooting. I'm encourage by a couple of things here:

1. He was still growing. Given a year to adjust to his much taller body now and put on some weight, I think he will only get better.

2. 91% free throw shooting. We always say FT shooting shows the ability to shoot in general, which means he can certainly do that even if percentages weren't awesome last year. I think he will get better and better.

A shooter !!!! WE GOT US A SHOOTER !!!! (jumping up and down) And 91.3% from the free throw line !! Welcome to the team, Christian!

He is a good replacement for Jayson Kent. In re-watching some of the Bradley games this year ( thanks to Tommy ) Jayson was athletic but not a very consistent 3- point shooter. I think Christian brings athleticism plus better 3 point shooting along with FT percentage that is fantastic
