Missouri State led 3-0 then never led again as ISU Blue ended up outscoring the Bears by 17 the rest of the half to lead 44-30. MSU started the 2nd half scoring the first 4 points but the Sycamores scored the next 9 points to pretty much secure the lead for the rest of the game, winning it 88-66. Former Brave Jason Kent had another good game as he had 15 points and 11 rebounds. All 5 of their starters played 30 + minutes with Kent and Julian Larry playing all 40 minutes. Robbie Avila had 24 points and 10 rebounds in 37 minutes and Ryan Conwell led ISU with 25 points. They only played 8 guys with 2 of them getting in during the last 2-3 minutes. They shot 30-54 overall, 11-26 from 3, were 17-23 from the FT Line, had 15 assists and just 6 turnovers. They go on the road to Murray St and UIC before hosting BU on the 27th

ISUb sure seems unstoppable at this point in the conference season, and Drake has also been better than I expected them to be. Going to get tough down the stretch here.Thinking is the hardest work, that is why so few people do it. -Henry Ford
Yeah...I've been in college for a while now and I'm pretty sure that awesomest is not a word. -Andrew E.

Julian Larry- 40 minutes
Jayson Kent- 40 minutes
Robbie Avila- 37 minutes
Isaiah Swope- 34 minutes
Ryan Conwell- 32 minutes (sat out 8 minutes in the 1st half with his 2nd foul, but returned for the final 1 minute & played all 20 minutes of 2nd half, ended with 4 PF)
Xavier Bledson- 12 minutes
Jake Wolfe-3 minutes (in the first half only)
Masen Miller- 2 minutes
Those are heavy minutes for their 5 starters in a 22 point blowout home win. That usually suggests 1) Coach Schertz was trying to send some kind of message to Missouri State and get Dana Ford fired (doubt), 2) He has lost all confidence in anyone other than his top 6 players (possible), or 3) He was trying to build up Indiana State's NET rank, in which the formula rewards margin of victory (most likely).
I didn't watch the game, but did anyone else see this?- https://twitter.com/hoops_mvc/status...38102895853900
"Dana Ford did not look happy going through the handshake line"
