Thank you Mike, I can't be there but I will be watching, now if the game was being broadcast in hi def it would be nice. Maybe next year when they have no choice.

Unfortunately Local OTA only has to send out a digital signal (which can be low res- 4:3 like 59-1 (My 59), 25-2 and 19-2(CW). Cable is not using the public FCC airwaves, and can continue to broadcast analog.
At some point in the future (5-10 years), it may be cheaper to replace broken cameras and studio equipment with High Def...

Is it a guarantee/100% that comcast 74 will carry this game or is it a tossup like last night. I sure hope they get it right.

It looks like is going to be on both 44 and 74 in Peoria.

What is up with all the so called fans that did not wear their white shirts last night, (that was by far the most amount of people that chose not to participate in the promotion) , the other thing that was kind of troubling was the lack of enthusiasm by the crowd as most of the crowd refused to stand when BU was ahead late in the game. I know some people never get up but usually we have 90% of the fans up cheering during the last 4 minutes of the game and we were lucky to have 30% last night. I just don"t get it as it was our 1st game of the season and it was close down the stretch .

I think the white shirts were a semi-flop last night for two reasons:

-They were being handed out... NOT on every chair. Many people walk by -without getting them.

-All XL shirts. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but it seems like thats always an issue for people. They wont wear them then.

I thought it was still a fair amount of white. The student section mostly stayed red, because of the "red sea" nickname.

I thought the crowd was pretty decent last night...
