This is an absolutely embarrassing loss. I'm sorry, but there's no excuse to lose a game like this. We shot like garbage and they shot well, but good teams still find ways to win games like this.

Four days ago, this team was a couple games from being in second place. Now there's a very good possibility of playing on Thursday night. Disgusting.
 
Well you live and die with the 3....tonight we died! Very poor effort by the Braves tonight...congrats to INS they on missed about 3 f/ts all night! Another game with nothing from the post players.......................
 
It seemed like all the shots were short to me. I have to start wondering if the 4-guard isn't paying its late season tired guard benefit.

Ehhh, I don't think we will be playing on Thursday night. We have two very winnable conference home games left, one against a very inconsistent road team in Creighton, and one against a thoroughly rotten road team in SIU (surprising considering their road success in recent years).

If this team could just will their way to a win at Drake and/or Creighton, we can at least probably punch a ticket to the NIT. I know, not what most want to hear, but at least short of winning the Valley tourney we can at least keep playing. And even if we don't win another road game, 9-9 should keep us out of Thursday unless both UNI and InSt finish at 9-9, which I bet one won't.

Yes, 9-9 or 10-8 is not what a lot of people hoped for, but we can still make a statement in St. Louis. If we don't win the Valley tourney, we can either feel sorry for ourselves or we can commit to do what it takes to improve without Ruffin next year. Either way, this should spur Bradley to take a good look at themselves to see what they can do to lift themselves up to the next level.
 
This team isn't goin anywhere with that bench play and post play on both ends. It was bad before and it's been over exposed the past 2 games with no signs of shoring it up. I'll be happy to get 1 or 2 wins the rest of the way and hope for a miracle down in STL.

Sssshhhhhh....the Salley-backers/DC-bashers may not wanna hear that. Not that our other two "bigs" did much better.
