Time for a verbal?

Signing day is only a couple of weeks away. We have one scholarship left. We've been at home so recruiting probably hasn't been hindered too much by our postseason run. We have an open scholarship. Can we expect to be getting a verbal sometime soon?

I thought someone said there was a recruit at the game last night (besides DD). Can anyone confirm?

Somebody did say that, but I have been unable to verify that.
Dunson is the only recruit I think was there last night.

We are still several weeks away from spring signing day as it is usually around 7 to 10 days after the championship game of the NCAA tour; too bad we didn"t have some recruits at last nights game.

The guy I saw sitting in the row behind Dodie Dunson looked like Ryan Hare.
I will admit that I sit across the floor from there so my perspective isn't perfect, but I call 'em as I see them, and that's who it looked like.
I saw two other kids who looked like they could also be recruits but did not recognize either.

Hoping for good news

Hoping for good news

I'm hoping for at least one pleasant surprise to end the recruiting year. It's getting close to that time of year and I'm yearning for some good news. I like Sam and AW in the back court next year. Theron is solid, but they could use some help.I can think of 5 or 6 players that I know of that I would be happy with. There are always a bunch of unknown prospects also. I was trying to remember what time of year Daniel West committed to us last year. I wouldn't mind another Junior getting an early start either. It didn't work out so well for us last year, maybe the coaches would like to wait until players are a senior before getting a comit.

Dunson should help....and remember we have some 6'10 kid:) that will be like a new recruit with a year under the system.

dogs...cut it out....you know saying things like that ticks people off
because it puts way too pressure on the kid before he even plays.... ;)

I hope the kid plays to all the expectations and is the answer to our rebounding and inside game! Hope he will be able to avoid being hurt, as he really need some meat on those bones! Just remember all, its a long season and the inside game is very tough. Needs 30lbs and the weight room!
Better keep SS for another yr!!

He is listed at 186lbs on the bubraves.com roster...the same as the whole 1ft shorter TCS!!!! How is that possible!!?!?!? Kinda funny to me ;) .. anyways, I have heard that AT has gained upwards of 30lbs of muscle since arriving on campus over the summer. Did he play other sports in HS that prevented him from lifting outside of bball season?
