A lot of these stories since a certain thing was required of people
over the 6-7 years he's been connected with UNI, he's been said to have a lot of unfortunate setbacks..
vasovagal syncope, excessively low heart rate and blood pressure, acute Covid and "long Covid", ankle injuries, blood clots/pulmonary emboli (similar to what Bradley's Pierre Cooper had in 1982. The fact that Cooper couldn't safely play while on blood thinners was the same reason that plagues Phyfe. Bradley's had a couple of those guys who never seemed to catch a break and stay healthy (Sam Singh, Sammy Maniscalco, Will Egolf)

I don't want to turn this forum into a debate about Covid, vaccines, and side effects. But... effectiveness is not the same thing as adverse effects.
And that review article assessed effectiveness in a number of studies from 2021 when the dominant strains at that time were the strains represented in the vaccine. That is no longer the case. The vaccines available now are far less effective in preventing Covid since the Omicron variants emerged almost 2 years ago.
Vaccinated individuals can get Covid and can spread it. In fact, for the past year or more, the majority of new cases as well as the majority of deaths now are in previously vaccinated individuals.
And there have been hundreds of thousands of adverse effects from the vaccines that have been reported to the government VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Effects Reporting System). The CDC records these, but so far has done little or no investigation to see if there was a legitimate cause and effect.
One independent study from earlier this year found nearly 700,000 reported side effects-

I do rely on the science, but unfortunately, much of what the government spokepeople told the public was not based on actual science.
If you want to discuss the science, I'll be glad to do that. Everything I said in my previous post is factual, and I posted links to verify.
If you believed everything the government agencies have told the public, then you have been misinformed. The CDC, and other federal agencies have issued numerous claims that turned out not to be true. They have admitted some of it, but much of it they would like us to forget.

But you won't see the government officials admitting much of these falsehoods. There were many other claims made that turned out to be false.
And we still have a lot to learn about the new technology of these MRNA vaccines that were rushed through testing in record time, and still have never been tested for long term side effects.
Yes, people should educate themselves. But don't just take the word of political leaders, and government spokespeople. Their track record is not exactly stellar. In fact, a lot of the misinformation and much of the fear-mongering came from people like Dr. Fauci, Dr. Wallensky, NIH head Francis Collins, and others in the government.

I have found over my long life that people will believe in the government if the government agrees with their personal opinions. At our age and and with an immune compromised wife, I will take all the steps we can to protect ourselves and others that we are around.

Lastly- the most exhaustive study ever on the effectiveness of the flu vaccines on the elderly (over 65)
ends up essentially apologizing that they really couldn't find much benefit at all! They grade the vaccine, based on dozens of studies and a huge mass of date - as just barely over 50% - meaning it's not much more of a benefit than not getting it at all.
So people oughta decide for themselves and remember how much money people like Fauci and those who preach about getting the shot actually make from the vaccine industry. Fauci alone made over $5 million just during the pandemic. It's pretty much like trusting a snake oil salesman to advise you whether to buy snake oil from him.
